  • Enjoys working with members to prepare them for their best tennis.

CATRINA THOMPSON
Assistant Manager/Head Pro

  • Achieved #1 USTA junior doubles ranking winning national junior titles on hard courts, clay courts, and grass courts.

  • Won 6 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze balls in USTA national junior tournaments.

  • Graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a BA degree.

  • Played #1 singles and #1 doubles at University of Notre Dame, was a three-time NCAA Doubles All-American and achieved career-high ITA/NCAA #1 doubles ranking (with twin sister and DTC member Christian Bass).

  • Women’s head tennis coach at University of Minnesota 2017-2023

  • Enjoys working with players to help assist in reaching their goals and enjoying the game of tennis.

  • First All-American player at Yale Women’s Tennis history

  • Achieved a career-high ITA doubles ranking of #2, #30 in singles.

  • BA degree in History and MS in Management from Wake Forest University 

  • 4 years coaching experience 

  • Taught at Creek Club, NY, Colorado Athletic Club, Telluride Racquet Club.
